Terms of purchase

• Package prices only apply to advance payment.
• Pre-purchased packages are valid for 6 months from the time of payment.
• If you are under 18 years of age, the guardian must sign an approval in order for you to be able to buy services from us.
• All prices include VAT.
• In the event of cancellation or rebooking of a driving lesson, it must be done no later than 12.00 on weekdays before the driving opportunity. In case of late cancellation, the full price for the ordered driving lesson will be charged.
• In case of cancellation or rebooking of courses, it must be done no later than 3 days before the course. In case of late cancellation, the full price of the ordered course will be charged.
• The driving school does not have “open purchase” terms. That means that services and products bought at our facilities can not be regretted. For services bought online do you as a customer have the right to regret your purchase without for any reason within 14 days of purchase and in that case you need to clearly inform the driving school via e-mail, through our webpage or postal service that you are regretting your purchase. You will be fully refunded with exception for services that might have already been activated/used.

Payment

Payment is made no later than 3 days before the start of the course via Bankgiro: 352-3628 or Swish 123 605 6204.

Partial payment

We offer you interest-free partial payment through Resursbank. You can pay for your driving lesson packages interest-free for a certain period of time. This allows you to not have to pay large sums at once. You can choose between 3, 6, 12 or 24 months interest-free installment payment.

Refund terms

When you have taken the driving license and have unused lessons left from a package, we refund the remaining lessons in the package. Refunds are only made upon presentation of a receipt and within 6 months from the time of payment.

Course booking

Payment is made in advance with Bank-Giro: 352-3628. The course fee must be paid no later than 3 days before the course starts for the booking to be completed.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund can be made by phone or at the reception no later than 3 days before the start of the course.

GDPR & Cookies

We follow the GDPR and protect your personal data As you have probably heard, the new data protection regulation GDPR was introduced on 25 May 2018. We are now both clarifying and strengthening the protection of your personal data. GDPR affects virtually everyone who uses digital services, or who are simply registered as customers of various companies. Surely you yourself have already noticed that texts about new rules for personal data appear in the inbox, on websites and in social media.

Review of member registers

As a result of the GDPR, we will introduce more systematic clearing routines for user accounts, so that accounts that are no longer active and personal data that are no longer needed are cleared away after a while. If you had an account that is now inactive on www.rattenstrafikskola.se, then your information will not remain in our register for more than a limited time afterwards.

Saves only what is needed

In line with the new data protection regulation, we only store the personal data that is necessary for us to be able to take care of our customers and users of digital products in the best way.

Our website uses cookies
